Code of Conduct
FBXperts is a network of experienced CFOs who have been working for many years in a wide variety of family businesses. United by the idea of wanting to support other family businesses, various services are offered. With the platform, knowledge and practical experience can be passed on to third parties.
During the coaching sessions, the experts will explain all the applicable legal requirements and, in particular, antitrust regulations. The experts are aware that discussions with a possible direct influence on business decisions of the participants, such as production, price or marketing decisions, are not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, the following topics:
- Prices and pricing policies (including purchase and sales prices, pricing components such as discounts and pricing strategies, etc.)
- Sales terms, warranties, credits and other similar arrangements
- Information on individual customers, competitors, suppliers
- Market shares, competitive information unless publicly available
- Business statistics, inventory lists, competitors‘ strategies
- Costs, purchasing volumes
- Current or future market behavior
- Capacities and utilization rates; Production costs & quantity
- Bid submissions (especially for tenders)
- Technologies and research and development activities
- Turnover, sales and sales volume figures unless publicly available
The experts undertake to object to the progress of the discussion and, if necessary, suspend and leave it, given they have the impression that the legally permissible framework is being exceeded. The participants will strictly adhere to the legal requirements and follow the rules of this Code of Conduct.
